Patrick worked with Bannerman to provide security services to clients in the Seattle area from July 2015 until September 2016. His service with us ended only when we made the decision to refocus our efforts in other markets and to end our service in Seattle. My name is James Mollo. I am writing this reference for Patrick Otshinga.
We worked together at a former site for Bannerman Security in Seattle WA. We provided security for a client that required 24/7 security from unwanted visitors. Patrick excelled at report writing and at investigations through constant patrols on an hourly basis. These were 12 hour shifts. During these patrols he was checking for unwanted visitors and/or tampering with the client's properly. He wrote daily activity reports and incident reports for all issues including trespassing and dealing with the trespasser, unwanted guests, and all issues including the client's needs.
Patrick was dependable and punctual. He respected the client and her property. As a lead security officer on that site, I worked with Patrick for 1 1/2 years from July, 2015 to September, 2016. I would recommend Patrick Otshinga because he was an excellent employee, great to work with and I knew I could always depend on him.

I have known Patrick Otshinga for six years and he has been my co-worker for two different companies.
From November 2011 through July 2012, Patrick and I have worked for Andrews International as Security Officers, at Amazon Account (Client). Our Job Duties involved: Access Control, Escort, Incident Investigation and Report, Inspection of Buildings, Patrolling of Properties, and Prevention of losses and damage of client's physical assets.
From March 2013 through October 2015, Patrick and I have also worked for Security Industry Specialists for the same Client (Amazon). As a Security Specialist, Patrick performed the same Job Duties mentioned above with main focus on Incident Investigation and Report.

Having worked in a supervisory capacity on several contract assignments with Patrick, I can attest to his professionalism and vigilance to the tasks at hand. His experience in security and executive protection is immediately evident when you watch him work. He remains focused, even in chaotic situations and seems adept at identifying potential problems before they have a chance to effect the mission. Patrick is quick to spot suspicious behavior and is able to investigate and assess potential threats so that a proper response can be prepared.
